DAAD Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship available in Germany open to ALL international students worldwide who wish to pursue a Master’s, PhD. Degree Programs. Government of Germany scholarship covers all costs of study, including tuition and living expenses. Daad scholarship in Germany is the largest of the DAAD’s yearly German Scholarships regarding the number of awards.

DAAD offers scholarships in Germany for International Students in designated universities. They offer various Academic Fields & Majors scholarships for students from abroad to pursue a Master’s degree or PhD. The DAAD provides over 100,000 scholarships to German students as well as international students.

There are 12-24 months for a Master’s Degree and 36 months for a PhD on the DAAD Scholarship in Germany in 2021-2022. The scholarships are available to foreign graduates from developing and newly industrialized nations from all disciplines. There is no need to take IELTS/TOELF at present.

Financial Benefits of Daad Scholarships

  • DAAD Scholarships for Masters & PhD is a Fully Funded Scholarship in Germany for International Students. The scholarship will cover all costs for students to Study Free in Germany.
  • The monthly payment is 850 euros for graduate students or 1200 euros for doctoral students based on the academic level.
  • Accident, health, and personal liability insurance are all covered by the payment.
  • Travel Allowance covered by the country of origin or another source of funding.

Under certain conditions, students who have been awarded scholarships can receive the following benefits in addition to their scholarship:

  • Subsidy for rent in the month
  • A monthly allowance offer to accompanying family members.

Eligibility Criteria For Daad Scholarship

Candidates From all Developing Countries.

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (usually an academic program of four years) in the appropriate field.
  • Their academic degrees must usually not old of 6 years.
  • Candidates should have at minimum two years of professional experience.

  • DAAD Application forms are available in official website under “Application Procedure”.
  • A hand-signed CV (please use the Europass specimen form: http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/
  • A hand-signed motivational letter (with an indication of the current position) up to 2 pages
  • Academic recommendation letter or letters (the letters must be on the letterhead, signature, as well as an official stamp and must be up-to-date.)
  • Professional recommendation letter of your boss (the letter must be on official letterhead, signature and an official stamp, and must be recent in date)

Employer confirmation in your country of residency, and if possible, a guarantee of the prospect of reemployment are required.

Language proficiency:

  • English IELTS or TOEFL (Note We will only take an academic TOEFL)
  • German is essential for classes taught in German and the courses taught in English when there is a need for it.
  • (certified(certified) copies of the academic degrees (certified translation, if needed)
  • (certified*) copies of transcripts from academic institutions (certified translation, if needed)
